3.1. What are cookies?

  • Third-party cookies: those sent to the user's device from a device or domain not managed by BAREFIELD, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

By duration:

  • Persistent cookies: the data remains stored and can be accessed and processed for a defined period, ranging from a few minutes to several years.

By purpose:

  • Strictly necessary or technical cookies: allow the user to navigate and use the different options or services of the Website (shopping cart management, payment process, fraud control, session identification). They do not require consent.

  • Preference or personalization cookies: allow remembering information so that the user accesses the service with certain characteristics such as language, browser type or region.

  • Analytics or measurement cookies: allow quantifying the number of users and performing the statistical measurement and analysis of the use that users make of the service (Google Analytics).

  • Behavioral advertising cookies: store information about user behavior obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, allowing personalized advertising to be shown (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

3.4. Consent

When you first access the Website, an informational banner about the use of cookies will be displayed. Through this banner, the user can:

The consent given may be withdrawn at any time by accessing the cookie settings panel of the Website again. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the Website do not require consent under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
